When will I get my order ?
we ship orders every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday before 11am. We deliver with overnight courier so you can expect to see your package overnight after dispatch. Overall your order will be with you in 1-2 days excluding weekends
What is drop offs?
To save time & energy, instead of going through couriers, we will personally drop off your order if you live in the Auckland District. We will be in contact via text and/or email. Drop offs happen either on the day of purchase or the next.
What is Gold Plated Stainless Steel ? And why do we prefer it for jewellery ?
Stainless steel is a sturdy metal that does not go green. And for the most part is hypoallergenic
. Gold plating is a layer of gold over the top. Overtime this layer may thin out due to moisture and damage however with the right care it will last for long.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Overnight shipping to NZ addresses is a flat rate of $10. Orders over $110 enjoy free delivery. Orders to overseas vary on location and weight of parcel.
